I originally went to the UHaul service center on 2020 W. Evans. They were the worst customer service people, the company charged me for an invoice that one of my emergency contacts owed, and the third person finally handling the account after one had happened and then another it happened Yelled at me, started an argument with me treated me like a two-year-old and finally canceled and said we're not gonna help you. It was terrible.

The only thing they had was the truck.

JOHN AThe truck wasnt swept out and cab was pretty dusty and dirty. They were also short on one of the furnature dollys. When the guy openned the back of the truck we were getting suprise! There was a utility dolly n it. Although all folk there were very freindly and hospitable im not sure they know what sub equipment they have and not checking trucks they get in.
