WILLIAM Dthis was the most inconvenient, unprofessional, poor experience i’ve ever had! i called this place before renting and he stated he had a dolly and equipment available.. When i made it to the store i called him and he told me the store does not open until 9 which is when my reservation was.. He made it to the store at 912. It took him about 10 minutes to process everything, while he was finalizing the payment he told me he did not have the dolly available so i would have to go to another store to get it and he would cover that.. when i got to the other store (ace hardwood) they stated i would have to pay for it.. we called him and he began lying to the store saying he told me id have to pay for it which is not true. i told him that and he began to be very unprofessional.. i traveled to the store which was 5 miles away and wasted an hour there.. i only had the husk til 1pm.. i wasted my time and miles because the store manager is very unprofessional.. i do not think he needs to have the store.
