Just a new location and maybe they are not used to having uhaul there. The owner was on vacation so the girl working was very sweet but did not know how to do the release. The truck was dirty in the cab with garbage on the floor and sticky drink spilled all over the dash area. The truck itself was good. But all the folks i spoke to at Uhaul were awesome. The drop off was fast and efficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful!!

Arrived and the door to the store was locked. Waited 5 minutes for the clerk to return. The clerk did not know what to do and had to call her boss. We had requested a dolly and the store did not have a dolly so we had to go to the U-Haul supply store on 29th. Waste of time.
