The original location we picked to drop off after hours was off the beaten path. Instructions for the drop off process also unclear. I tried the number to call for assistance, but no one picked up. Ended calling U-Haul and asked them for help. They told me I needed to go through the locked gate to park the truck and turn it in. They gave me the key code for the gate, which didn’t work. Had to get a second location down the street that was poorly illuminated and only had a field behind two small non-descript buildings to leave the truck. Ended up leaving it there and taking the best photos I could in the dark field, then left the keys in the drop box. The phone app is great, the drop off locations need lots of improvement.
MICHAEL CHave the rented equipment in the truck. I had to go to another location to get a dolley and furniture pads.
Laura KEnsuring that information is correct. There was a mix up and we never received our reserved utility dolly.
