Keep the excellent service
FAROUK GThe u haul was not clean. Driver side window seems to have been broken and repaired but there was broken glass all over the floor and the backseat. One of the pulley chains was off the pulley on the back shutter door. The food mart shopkeeper on duty was rude when I went for checkout. They had not checked it in almost 7 hours after I returned and when I called to check simply said "I got a business to run and this ain't my top priority" and hung up.
Subha C3 miles to Empty in the truck and my equipment that I requested was not in the truck.
Hunter MI ordered a utility dolly online with my reservation and when I picked up the van, I was told there were none. Luckily I had another option, but that would have been frustrating if I really needed it. If you are requesting customers to reserve a vehicle online for a location, make sure the facility has on hand what is needed.
