Christian CI only drove 30 miles, put 2 gallons of gas in and was still charged $15 for 3 more gallons. I do not appreciate getting ripped off for no reason. Other than this unnecessary nickel and dime charge, the experience was okay. But they ruined it.
EILEEN PYour app does not work well. I rent every month and constantly have issues with mobile pick up. About 1/3 of the time, I have to go into the office for assistance. Also, why can't driver's license info be saved in your system? On the mobile app, it allows me to put in the other driver's phone number. In the office, the other driver must be present. If given a weeks' notice, why can't the specific truck I need at the closest location be moved from another location instead of me having to the alternate location.
