When waiting to check in online and trying to ask the guy who was working on a car for emission he just blow me off with his hand which is very disrespectful. Other than that's the customer was great and very helpful every time I called.

The guy was very rude when i went in to ask for help. The truck was very rusty and made the runway difficult to open and close as well as the lock for the back door was almost impossible to latch without hurting yourself. Also this truck was unnecessarily expensive never have i paid that much for mileage. I am beyond pissed off that for a 5 hr rental that should’ve costed me max $60 cost me $130. Never again
