Giving the correct information would be a great start. I was told I would receive money back from the rental if I returned the truck early.

They gave a a car hauler trailer knowing it needed maintenance on the jack. We had to wait over an hour to get roadside to come help get it off our vehicle when it was time to return it. When we called at first to let the guy know he was already aware and stated he’s been meaning to put a work order in for it.
Amber DPick-up was quick & flawless, except for some technical difficulty that had nothing to do with the Railway Freight Furniture. The gentleman who took care of us was very polite & engaged in conversation.
