Allow customers to change pickup time when late or make it known!!! That you have to call if you d Are late to change it!! Spent 30 minutes being late to an already late start to a move which dragged into the evening unnecessarily and this complication for this easy pickup 24 pickup was part of the problem.

Clint CDropped it off on time and still got charged an after hours fee. Dropped it off around 4:30 but the receipt said 7:17. They charged my card before hand and said it would be adjusted for mileage so I assumed everything was done, she even saw me in my car leaving the lot at 4:30 as she was walking new people to a truck
