Amazing customer service from this location, very detailed and professional. I love this location!! Unfortunately, the truck wasn't serviced and 1 hour into our trip we had to pull over and have the truck serviced for 3percent oil usage. We waited for 2 hours for a service truck to come to assist. Which delayed us getting on the road and making it to our destination at good time. We were very disappointed and displeased with this sequence of events. Vehicles should be checked before each customer to prevent mechanical errors and delays.

Ariel JAllow customers to change pickup time when late or make it known!!! That you have to call if you d Are late to change it!! Spent 30 minutes being late to an already late start to a move which dragged into the evening unnecessarily and this complication for this easy pickup 24 pickup was part of the problem.
Christina NAny, the owner, is so helpful and friendly! I rent a uhaul pretty often for my business and this is the only location I prefer to rent from.
