I returned here and no one was there! So I called my original place I rented from and they told me about the app! I did it but it took 3 days to get it straightened out that I had actually returned it in time! I was helped by a sweet lady Julie who apparently is at a return place also about a mile away!

The truck did not have the blankets or dolly we ordered with the truck, so we had to go to a separate location to get the blankets and dolly. We had movers standing around for 30 min idle..
Matthew TIn a situation involving delays with traffic approaching pickup on our part, U-Haul staff accomodated us and were very helpful toward making all work out well.
Leonard DThis was the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. I had to drive all the way to the uhaul, and because no representatives were there I had to leave, and drive back again. Then no one was there to validate my mileage, and gas, so I was overcharged for both. Luckily for me I have enough common sense to take pictures of the truck before, and after so they can't screw me out more money like they're trying to do now. Horrible experience.
