Checking in was horrible. It took 45 minutes. My wife was late to work. My volunteer had to wait. We had to resend photos three times. Refresh many times. Frustrating.

Owner very nice. Building had water damage on ceiling and floor from leaking roof. The computer was not working properly at the time. Overall, very pleased with the sturdy build and functionality of our 4x8 covered Uhaul.
