It was good all around.
Mary MIt was all done on the app that wasn’t very user friendly. We originally had rental in Calgary day before received a call that our truck was now at Ernie’s in Didsbury, Alberta 80 km away. Then we had to go back to Calgary to load and when we took unit back of course we were over mileage as we had to drive 160 extra. And I was charged the extra mileage, not fair your company changed my pick up location with the extra distance
Robert SThere are shady people hanging around outside the location, the young people working there are lovely, but they aren't trained. I was uncomfortable even walking to the uhaul because of the men standing around it, one of the damaged the door, the other one was pulling down his pants. It's not safe there for a woman to be picking up a uhaul.
