Hi, I'm old and get confused easily. I had a hard time in the drop off process. I could not figure out where to drop trailer off at. I call the place that UHaul recommended, but it was 40 miles away. I finally found the Gilbert one, which is 4 miles away. The nice young lady was extremely helpful. Please pass this along.
GARY MI returned the trailer and the lady in the office was in the process of making coffee told me where to drop the trailer, did not even come out and look at the trailer or anything. I dropped the trailer where she told me too, get back to the place where I was staying and I get a $16.05 fee for cleaning. Before I left I took pictures and video of the inside and the outside of the trailer, which was clean. I think it was very inappropriate to charge me an extra $16.05 for a cleaning fee. Will be waiting for a reply, thank you.
DEAN WI have rented equipment from this location twice. once a trailer and once a truck. Equipment was clean and working, the staff there is awesome. The only issue I had was picking up the truck because they were closed and that was navigating the U-haul app. However, that issue was cleared up with a phone call. I did leave a house key in the truck when I returned it and the staff was able to find it and get it back to me.definitely will use them in the future if I need their equipment.
