The truck was locked up inside the property and no one was on duty to allow us onto the property. I contacted the phone numbers listed on signage and was not given the code to enter the locked gate. I spent 45 minutes on the phone before I was given the access code to the property. The truck had mud in the interior.

The rental process was very easy. The lady at the storage facility was very helpful and professional, and the drop off process was just as easy. I would definitely rent from them again and through the U-Haul app.
