We ended up having to extend our rental due to the fact that the wipers were not great, and we ended up having a massive thunderstorm. Also we couldn't use it that evening because the passenger headlight was out, which made it unwise to drive in the rain and in the dark. The app wasn't too hard to navigate, although it could have been a little clearer. Overall the experience was fine, was just very disappointed that we had to extend it and end up paying more money when we shouldn't have had to.

DOREN GThe overall process of getting truck during off hours was difficult to navigate. The folks at our local U-Haul office were helpful especially when returning the truck, but the help we received during off hours from U-Haul was not good. They seemed annoyed with our questions when verifying our identity with the third party contact, my friend said they hung up on her and acted rude then as well.
