Worst experience ever ! The guy the hire to clean the trucks was rude. The lady at counter told me to go to a different location when I showed her my email reservation clearly stated I had to drop it off there .. I even asked her to confirm the address that I had on my reservation was the address and she said I understand but my system is telling me you have to drop it off to a different location because they probably need it. What I should've done is told her that's not my job! I'm dropping off where the reservation is telling me now you do your job and figure out what "your system" is telling you. But I didn't want to be rude. So I drop it off at the location she sent me. And they told me to go back to the first location that she's wrong … now they want to charge me for gas and environmental fee I already paid for ! I will never rent from U-Haul again. It's just not worth the hassle !

CEDRIC JThis was the most unfortunate U-Haul experience I have ever encountered. Of the eight 10’ trucks they had, five of them had major issues. The first truck was being lived in by an assumed shelter-seeking person with plenty of debris; clothes, vape pens, opened yogurt, fresh/decaying food, empty cans of alcohol, etc. and was not properly cleaned before providing it to me. The second truck had the gas siphoned, low tire pressure, and a dirty trailer. The third truck was also lived in by assumed homeless person. The fourth truck was lived in by an assumed homeless person. The fifth truck had a dirty cabin but a clean trailer. This truck also had a dead battery. The sixth truck, the one I was finally assigned, the fourth one reported on my account for this trip, had gas siphoned to below the E line. Luckily I was able to make it to the gas station across the street before having to use the 15$ support. Along with the clear dissatisfaction of the rental units, the customer service was also an issue. The gentleman at the counter was calm and reasonable when I checked out the first time. However, his compatriot was far from a gentlewoman. After I alerted the team of the issues on the first truck, their business had contacted sheriffs so they could report the trespassing/destruction of property. I’m already upset about the initial situation so being comforting and understanding would be a reasonable response. This was not the case. I was met with a terse and confrontational attitude that was not appropriate as if I’m the problem. What bothers me the most is that U-Haul changed my original location request to this location on Sunnymead.
