There was no uhaul drop box for key pickup or return. There also were no available parking spots left, so I had to park it semi in the grass. After searching for a drop box for the keys, I called the number listed and was instructed to leave the uhaul unlocked and leave the keys in it. This seems less than ideal and very risky, but I did as instructed. The employee did answer when I called, so that was the only bright spot.

Returned when the site was closed, no clear instructions where to drop off, but I figured it out.

John KThe total customer service level of this rental was horrible. !st, you change my rental pickup location to an hour away from me in Oshkosh, then I have to go twenty minutes out of my way to this location vs. the one I reserved, the truck is dirty inside and out, high-mileage, has no back-up camera like the other trucks I've rented in recent years. I'm not happy about this, and am thinking of take my business elsewhere. Call me, please.
