The location would be better if there were more options on dollys (Refridge, 4 wheel, etc)

I dropped the truck off early and there was literally no one there and I had to sit on the phone for 45 minutes trying to find somebody tell me where to drop the keys off at it was a giant hassle.

JILL MThe clerk had no experience or training. He did not know how to rent the truck to me. Not his fault. Manager of the place did not train him. The truck was in bad condition. The brakes squeeled and turning made loud noise. No wiper fluid. Not a good experience. Went to return during business hours. Door locked. It was a disaster. Ugh.
phylis mIt was a nightmare checking out and returning the equipment and the customer service was abysmal. All 7 times! You have just lost a 20 year customer. I will never return.
