When I got to the rental location, I was told they did not deal with U-Haul anymore, U-Haul pulled out of Shediac however nobody called me to let me know, so very bad customer service from U-Haul.

Joanne DIt’s a new location I’m sure they are working out the kinks on equipment location and pickups had to resubmit all my information a second time. I expected when I gave my payment info the day prior the trailer would be waiting for pick up and quick safety review and way you go. But on the side of caution they just requested additional information and took extra time to get the trailer prepared. Staff friendly and overall good experience
