Returning after hours is not easy. We rented a truck a year or two ago, and could return online by submitting some pictures and very easy. Didn't have that option for the trailer. To me that's a U-Haul issue, not the location, they couldn't have been better. My wife and I discussed the trailer as we were using it, that it made no sense for us to own one, if we could rent a unit in great working order when we needed it. Highly recommended !

Jessica was wonderful to deal with. The electronic machine she had to use wasn’t working properly. Not her fault. You need better interactive machines. I get a sense that ‘bare maintenance’ is the mantra of U-haul. Hope this does not apply to regular brake/tire/oil maintenance to name the 3 basics. Overall not that impressed.
