Was told to bring truck back 1/4 tank full because I had to drive it an hour to get back home. Was charged $60 to fill the returned truck from 1/4 to 1/2. Corporate sent me to this location the day before my move because it was the closest 26 foot truck to my reserved location in Palm Desert. Corporate did not communicate this to the store staff. There was no dolly available at this store, even though I reserved one at the Palm Desert location.

The gentleman that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained the contract thoroughly and made sure all safety equipment, including lights were working properly. I appreciated his concern and thoroughness. My experience was top-notch.
