Make sure that locations are there and ready for customers to pick up their equipment. Chucks Car Care was our original pickup location and when we arrived, noone was to be found and the number provided for this.locatoon was not being answered. We called in and had the location changed to Twisted Coastal Rv and they were fantastic.

I called to see what the hours were to return the truck and a lady answered and when I asked their open hours ,she said they weren't open and that there was a drop off box, and to just drop the key off there. The lady almost seemed annoyed that I called and she was also in a hurry.. When we got there the drop off box had a UHAUL sign that stated to go to this UHAUL website and check it in. Or you could drop the key with the contract. But if you only left the key, you would be penalized. So I called UHAUL customer service and explained my situation and I was able to check it in that way. I was trying to uphold my return agreement and dropping it off at this location was difficult and confusing.
