We arrived at pick up time and the truck was not there. We went to 3 other locations and no other trucks were available. I was able to reserve 2 separate trucks finally but then when we arrived to pick them up they also weren't there. We finally got a call 3 hours after our reservation that the truck was returned. We finally got the truck 3,5 hours later. Once 3 PM came, I was called and yelled at saying I needed to return the truck. We were never told the return time was still 3 PM, even though we got the truck 3,5 hours late, they did not give us the original length of time to use the truck.

The location and staff was great, but the scheduling of the Truck was not. I scheduled the truck for an in town online, but it was not scheduled. When I went to pick it up it was not there and I was sent to a different location farther away. It around 35 miles round trip to my rental. Very disappointed with the scheduling process and paying extra for the mileage.
