Make sure UHaul battery is good. I had to call UHaul service as battery died. Had to wait 45 minutes for service to get there and for him to check battery and alternator. There was a wire loose.

I initially reserved a truck that was too small. The attendants handled everything for me and switched my payment over to a bigger truck without any hesitation. It went well. Great staff. The lock for self pickup was a little difficult but I got it.
