The location was closed and gated and no way of entering to park the vehicle so I had to park it outside of the gate and make sure it was secured. I also returned it earlier than the 2 days but still got charged along with more for mileage. So I'm very dissatisfied and never heard from Uhaul.

Great customer service
SHARON EI paid for furniture blankets and dolly. They were not in the truck when I picked it up. Still waiting on my refund.
Love HI reserved specifically at one location one week before pickup. Day before pick up get a text for another location. I called them to confirm, glad I did because pickup was for a different address. Truck had less than 1/4 tank with only 2 miles remaining. The location pickup was very sketchy and not advertised as a Uhaul.
Jonathan CAfter being sent to TWO Uhaul locations that did NOT have the trailer needed, B&E Trucking came through with a much needed trailer. I was frustrated for the uhaul online process sending me WRONG places but B&E Trucking calmed me and provided exactly what I needed to not give up on uhaul. I rent a LOT from uhaul and was about to quit but they provided great customer service. Highly recommend B&E Trucking
