Barbara AIf you make stupid rules post them on the wall at the store if you don't like cash and don't allow that or debt say it .don't bullshit customers I was told deposit not payment .I'll never will go back .I know allot of people so far the words out stay Way from uhaul I don't like using my visa it's for my 1,000.00 for my medications now I am screwed cause somebody does not know how to do business
RODNEY HThe cost of the day rate for this truck was outrageous. $350 for 24 hours and less than 60km is robbery. I have been a repeat costumer of U-Haul for decades. I used to love using U-Haul because the equipment was good at fair prices. But no that U-Haul is deciding to gouge their customers. I will not be using g U-Haul anymore.
