WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE 24/7 PICK UP/ DROP OFF FEATURE AT THIS LOCATION. The truck I was originally assigned required an in-person transaction despite requesting the 24/7 mobile feature and the business being closed. No code was provided for the lock boxes available and no one to contact. It took approximately 40 minutes to get the problem resolved by a customer service agent switching my reservation to a truck that was accessible by the lock box. Because the truck had been changed on my reservation all the features in the app (check in and drop off) were not compatible due to all the details being different between the first and second trucks. Upon returning I could not initially return the truck. We drove home and I attempted to contact customer service for another hour. I finally returned back to the drop off location and all the features began to work in the app again, again all the details were wrong due to it being a different truck, but at least I could submit that it was officially returned on time. Awful experience.
