It is an equipment rental place and so it was pretty dirty overall with dust etc. Guy was very nice but had to add extra for the miles that were not allowed at the time of rental. I feel like I should be reimbursed for those extra miles. Also it was not figured in that we live 35 miles from the nearest town to drop it off.

Joshua HFirstly, the guy who checked me in to rent a trailer was new and a little unsure of what he was doing. He could definitely use a little more training. Secondly, when the guy in back helped me to hook up he only asked me to turn on my hazard lights for testing. Later that night while driving home in the dark I was pulled over because the running lights weren't working. Thirdly, I asked to add on a basic dolly for use and was given an appliance dolly which was big and difficult to use. Overall, although the service people were kind, it was a very disorganized system.
Janni BThe crew on hand were very helpful, quick to get me hooked up and great to speak with. Highly recommend this location because of those who work here! Side note: The small ramp trailer is perfection for a motorcycle!
