when l picked up the truck it was low on fuel only to discover that it was vandalized needing a mechanic to which uhaul dispatched one with in an hour. the service was awesome throughout the time.excelant company. l will be renting from them again.

Adrian LThe back of the U-Haul was open upon arrival, full of snow, contained a burnt blanket, a backpack, and spilled candy. The dolly that we booked was missing. It’s in a sketchy part of Edmonton, which is likely where the hole in the gas tank was tapped (later discovered). There is no one onsite to assist and the phone number on the door went straight to voicemail.
