Location didn't mention you would need a code to drop of key, I had to contact U-Haul support to find out while standing in the cold. Parking spots are too tight and small for the bigger trucks, not well labeled, and it's very dark.

Kyle PMy overall experience was great. Only complaint is that I got an email 3 days later saying I hadn’t returned the equipment. One call cleared it up, so not nuch of a problem.
Kathy KAbsolutely horrible experience between the representative who signed the vehicle out to the equipment and truck itself being in poor condition, excessive charges despite bringing it back in the same if not better condition it was in, rude employees etc.
