Really looked like a junk yard.
CASSIE JThere was a mix up with the lock box - but the owner was kind and extremely helpful. That is all you can ask for when things don't go as planned! He worked quickly to get the issue fixed and me in my vehicle! Obviously, not this location specific, but I would suggest allowing a lot of the on boarding be done prior to getting to the pickup time. There were alot of questions and things that could have been dealt with before versus the day I was trying to pick up my vehicle.
Kennedy DThe location is an RV park that you can’t hardly even drive into there are so many trailers and vehicles. The hours say 10 am and when I arrived at 10am and called I was told they weren’t open right now and asked if I could unhook it myself. I managed to finally get it lifted off the ball by myself. Not a very good business or atmosphere.
JESSICA BDale is a great asset to U Haul. Very friendly and helpful in every way. I will definitely go back to him in the future. A++
