The process was relatively easy, and will be easier if needed going forward now that I have an online account. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The vehicle return process was simple and problem free.

We were charged DOUBLE what we were quoted on the phone. I still haven’t gotten a reply after emailing about this. $300 for a one way 20’ truck rental to Indianapolis is ridiculous. Would NOT recommend this location or U-Haul

Chad HThis is the place that I had indicated on my reservation that I would return to. The next day I was contacted by another UHaul location in Michigan City wondering when I would return the truck. I told them when I reserved that I would return to Storage Solutions, not their place. Very frustrating and concerning when I go to the effort to make a reservation so that I know that everything is taken care of and then nothing seems to work on your end (pick up location change, no knowledge of extra items I needed, no blankets at pick up location, and confusion on where I was dropping truck back off at). Next time I have to move I may look at other moving truck companies.
