The location was not necessarily an issue. Actually contacting the U-haul staff at the location was not possible. When I received my confirmation 2 days prior to pick up the time was wrong. I tried for 2 days to reach them by phone. Twice someone answered then immediately hung up. When I picked up the U-Haul there was no U-Haul representative on-site and the staff on site could not reach anyone so they did not know which truck to give me given I had a one-way reservation. He eventually just picked one after not being able to reach anyone at U-haul for 15 minutes.

- I received none of the equipment I paid for like furniture pads and dolleys. - The pickup instructions on the app do no match the system they have in place. For example the key was not in the lock box and I had to track a guy down that watched me try and find my key for 10 minutes. He then said oh I have the keys.
