Employees can't understand English. Employees don't know how to use program. It took me an hour to pick up the truck. I brought it back four hours later and handed the key to the man behind the counter. I asked, "All set" and he took the key and nodded yes. He never checked it in on the computer! The next day I'm getting emails about returning the truck by 5 pm. Called the place and got no answer. Can't remember how I finally got someone, but it took them all day to fix the no check in issue!!!!!

ELLIOTT Pthe store owner had absolutely no idea what he was doing and ended up charging me over 500$ after i turned in my rental. they need their uhaul privileges revoked IMMEDIATELY!!!! never again. still waiting on my refund.
