From start to finish thus has been a crap show - three changes of puck up and times- after confirmation- Delayed by 4 hours puck up then 1/4 gas - then returning was relocated to 80 miles away.
Michael SHad a 2:00 appointment and I didn't get the truck until 2:45. Truck was filthy. I had to spend ten minutes sweeping/blowing out the debris.
Don Athey did not know how to fill out the paperwork they overcharged me they added insurance for $15 which I did not request they made it extremely difficult to rent from them because nobody knew what they were doing. No one was trained properly. I don’t think this shop should have U-Haul vans. It is a marijuana paraphernalia shop.
Kim KI did not originally choose this location. U-Haul redirected me here when the location I chose didn't have the equipment as promised. It's a smoke shop... gangsta rap music so loud you can't hear or be heard. Place reeks of weed. Very ghetto. Strange place to rent a U-Haul unless you're into all that. Staff was nice and helpful, though... so there's that.
