Mobile check-in was with a few problems but they were resolved with just a phone call pick up and drop off went perfect

Had a good experience overall however not all of the equipment I requested was available.

TIMOTHY BTrailer had not been cleaned by previous user. There was a spot (about one foot in diameter) of mud on the floor inside, which the associate cleaned up upon discovery. I did not get inside the trailer at the pickup location, but once I got to our loading place, I noticed there was also what appeared to be rice and coffee grounds along the inside perimeter of the trailer, as well as some broken glass.
CHRISTOPHER GSpray the truck for bedbugs..and clean thoroughly...it was horrible
