Pick up using your mobile app very difficult. Did not like it.
Carla HArrived at drop off location on a Sunday morning. Called the number on the sign to advise that my truck was being dropped off. The man who answered the phone was very helpful and considerate. He gave simple instructions to park the truck safely, and I did. I accessed the U-Haul app and followed the drop off instructions. Everything went well. I was very satisfied*. *NOTE: This is NOT a complaint, but my only concern (even though I gave 5 stars) when I arrived was that there was ONLY one place to park the truck and it was right off a main highway....not exactly a safe spot. I guess I was fortunate to get it. It may have been different on a week day when the business is open. Otherwise, things went well, for a Sunday morning!
