I had great service, I never used uhaul before so I didn't know what to expect. I was almost hesitant on doing this . The people were great and the trailer worked impressively well only thing better is if it had a winch on it . Thank you for the great experience

They did not have my reservation. I never received a phone call the night before, They only had 1 truck, some one had cancelled so I had no choice but to take it. I had reserved a 20 foot truck.This was 26. The clerk at Luedeman Auto was very good. It cost me more in gas and I did not believe I receive the correct mileage. I was not happy about the length of the trailer, it was an over kill for my needs.

DANIEL TThe truck was dirty, then within 5 minutes of driving off the mirror fell off the driver side. Within 10 of loading the truck, the brakes stopped working and could barely get it to come to a stop. Called uhaul roadside and had to wait 3 hours on a highway broke down but feeling lucky to be alive all because roadside forgot to give the towing company my location i made a complaint and was suppose to be called back and no one called back. Lucky if I don't sue
