The back of our uhaul had a very foul smell, other than that everything was just fine. The ladies that worked in the office were very sweet.

Holly AShe was lovely and very personable and the highlight of my experience. The negative part of my experience was I had made a 24/7 pickup reservation at 7am. When I arrived and went on the app to receive the truck the app told me my 24/7 reservation was hand-deliver only and I must wait until the location opened at 9am before I could have the truck. I would have gladly picked up at a different location if I was made aware this location did not accommodate 24/7 pickup. My day was delayed by two hours. The truck also was not clean in the cabin or in the back. It was offered to me to get it cleaned before I took it and I declined, though it would have been nice if it was clean and ready-to-go at time of pickup.
