Nobody was available to assist my wife with trailer drop-off. Eventually, someone from a neighboring business was called and able to help take the trailer off the hitch. That shouldn't be a customer's responsibility, but at part-time rental sites this seems to be the new norm at some (two of the three used in this area for six rentals over the past 6 months).

The uhaul we rented online wasn't available when we got there. Unfortunately, they couldn't credit the difference for the larger truck. Otherwise, the office manager was very nice. The truck was clean, everything worked well. No issues with pick up or drop off. Smooth experience outside of the availability!
