the gentleman at the pickup location was great. however, when I made the reservation, this was not the location I selected. this location I was given, the night before, added an hour onto my trip. so, my overall experience was poor. i called the number for help, but the CS people would not change the pick back to the location I had selected. and I would not recommend UHaul to anyone.

The gentleman at the shop were nice and cordial. They explained the process well and allowed me to park my vehicle on premises over night. U haul on the other hand could not accommodate my original reservation which was made almost 30 days in advance. Disappointed in the “snafu” as the sales Representative put it as this was not my problem that the Fort Atkinson location had no vehicles.

JAMES RTrailer lights were not working properly. Was told it was fine since you can still see trucks lights. I decided to take action and fixed the faulty wiring for you! Plug wires were just twisted together and taped! This is not the proper way to connect electrical wires in any application.
