The lights was on, sign said open, but doors were locked and not a person in site. I had no idea where to park because where the trucks were was full, then it was no space in most of the parking lot…

My reservation was changed the day before pick up to a different location with self pick up. I had issues with pick up because the website wasnt working correctly which put me an hour behind schedule. I didn't get a dolly with my reservation like requested. There was glass in the back of the truck and on the ramp so I had to clean that all up to avoid further injury. I cut my finger in the process of cleaning it up. Cleaning up glass also out me behind schedule even more. The AC did not work either. It was 88 degrees out. Extremely disappointed in the service and equipment. I want to speak with someone regarding this please.

I don’t have any complaints whatsoever, “Julie” was very pleasant very helpful with suggestions on what I needed and within my price range and very professional she made my move a breeze!!

The young lady that works at the counter IS THE BEST! She was so personable and friendly. She answered all my questions and even offered me ice cream. Now is that good customer service, or is that good Customer Service. LOL :) I will always use that location.

The sales lady always have a pleasant smile, She always goes above and beyond, to make sure you have a great experience. Every time I rent a U-Haul I come back to her. Good job at this location

The truck I ordered was returned by the previous customer a half hr. after my scheduled pick up time. In addition, after the previous customer arrived, she had to get a dolly so that she could continue to unload belongings that she still had on the truck which lead to an additional half hr. delay. This location should allow enough time between customer pick up times to include possible delays. I was delayed an hour which was not good because I had people waiting on me to move my items.

I had to go to another location to get my mattress bags. This store needs more materials to assist with the moving process. Also, I booked on a Friday and was charged a weekend rate for mileage, instead of the weekday rate

The store was and clean. The manager was very professional which made the renting process free, especially when I called extend my rental time. Merci.
