People were helpful, but the equipment had a bad tire that was not obvious until I was on my way. I traveled to a bigger UHaul locacation for resolution

GEORGE TI was over charged and the people running the place never told me how they got to the first quote then my card was charged again and when I called about the extra charges I was given another number and hung up on never again
Brenda RUsing the app was a cumbersome process. We were initially provided a van which was not the vehicle i had selected. It took an hour to get the wrong key. Thankfully the folks happened to be on location despite being closed and were able to call uhaul to straighten it out. My device ran out of battery power after having to call uhaul customer service, manage the app process, and was therefore unable to call uhaul back or complete snapping all the relevant photos upon pickup.

JOHN YStore was closed on my return date but am employee was there and took care of my return
Martin CTrailer was an older model. Had several dents and dings(all were marked at pick up). Also 1 wheel/tire was either slightly bent or out of balance causing vibration.
Lee HKeep aggressive dogs away from customers and have the drop-off site closer to Belfast, Maine
Carl WEasy access, convenient location. There is a big dog there.
