I almost got charged with $47 but the lady who attended me when I did the return in Leduc reimburse it so I didn't have to pay. I even return the truck with more gas on it but did not reimburse it. But anyways it's okay

Aaron BWalked in to book the uhaul, staff memebrr at the counter said " ugh fucking hate uhaul" .. what are you looking for? So I reserved what I was after. Came back the day of the reservation. And offered to do the deposit plus the expense. " ya well we don't have the machine for that so that means I have to do paperwork and then send you the deposit by cheque back in the mail" " can't you just find someone to lend you their credit card"

Evan SThe reason this location got an Above Average rating has nothing to do with UHaul and everything to do with the people at the location. The people at the location were really good. When we couldn't get the winshield washer fluid to work they power washed the reservoir with hot water to get the previous fluid out. The UHaul policy of not calling a customer until the day before the rental to tell them the nearest truck is 700km away is horrendous. This required us to search for other alternatives, change a flight, add a hotel stay and drive the 700 km to even get to where we could pack the vehicle. The local people did add free mileage, but it cost an extra $300 in gas.

Sumher AAgain, from our above note upon needing a rental to go to Yellowknife, we felt very offended where the only offered us over $600 for a short trip to Yellowknife and given our situation as evacuees from the fire. I felt very offended by this.
Gerry Nthe locations service was great. Uhaul service was not. you need to change your reservation system so that accurate return dates and times are in the system. I was not able to get the equipment I reserved and when I tried to make sure the correct drop off dates were in the system it was not entered.

John MI was done with the U-Haul on Friday, but the U-Haul place was closed all weekend and I wasn't going to be around Monday so I dropped off the truck Sunday night and the guy there still charged me all weekend when there was no one at the U-Haul dealership to take the vehicle back anyhow. Because it was closed so I ended up leaving the vehicle with the keys in the bumper Sunday night..

Eric PI was supposed to deliver Truck by 5 pm on Tuesday 15 November 2022. But I deliver truck on 15 November 2022 at 8,3 pm and was charged for 2 days extra $ 115 as their system shows we have to deliver truck by 3 pm on 14 Monday 2022 . 14 November Monday we left high level at 10 am so it's not possible I would be delivering truck by 3 pm same day to Edmonton.
