They would not move the truck and it was parked in a line with other trucks. The truck was only one quarter full of gas. Dirty inside and out.

There ought to be a buffer or grace period on returns. We were 15 minutes late and were charged for another whole day.

The equipment was very worn and parts of it were not functional. The logo's on the outside were falling/shredding off and hanging off the trailer. The hitch was very rusted and I had a hard time turning it to lock it in place. The back door of the trailer I rented was malfunctioning and would roll up too far back and get stuck. I called the store to tell them and no one ever tr5ied calling me back. When I returned it, I again told them and they literally just nodded. I have already told my friends to not rent from this location.

The mileage on my rental was incorrect, resulting in an extra $50 in fees. I sent an email to 768002_AFM@uhaul.com to dispute but have received no response. Also, 2 days after giving my credit card information over the phone to hold the reservation I started receiving fraudulent charges. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. This is the only place I've shared my information with, so I'm certain they committed fraud. Would really like to speak to someone about correcting the billing on my invoice - 26130592

I don't see a need for improvement. The gentleman at the desk was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He had my order changed for me as it was scheduled for Ogeechee Rd pick up and he changed it to a pick up at his store in Rincon, which is what i had requested. This was the best experience I have ever had with UHaul. The truck was ready, it was clean, and check In and out was very smooth.

Customer service was excellent! Employee ensured trailer was properly connected prior to leaving. When returned, employee made it easy to back in and disconnect. No hassle renting or returning the trailer. Will definitely use 21 Rentals again the next time I need anything U-haul. Thank you!!

This is the only location that seems to be able to rent. Staff is very helpful and they open on time. Customer service at this location does not need improvement. GREAT PLACE TO RENT!!!!

The customer service representative (CSR) advised me to complete the truck check-in process using the app and stated that he was unable to assist further. When I requested guidance on how to proceed with the truck check-in via the app, he declined, indicating that I would need to complete the process independently. This lack of assistance was disappointing.

I just want to thank your employee, Jacob Rowe. The facility I rented from is closed on Saturday and had not left the lockbox code. So I thought I would need to find another rental and went to a new facility. Jacob was just there and followed me to the first facility and helped me access the key. That was very gracious of him to help me that way and it really helped me in my day. I was having a terrible day for personal reasons and his kindness was the only good thing that day. I am thankful for him.

Your app was not working properly, spent 30min with customer service to get it corrected. The truck had a severe tire imbalance that shook the truck above 45mph.

I needed 60" of INSIDE trailer width space. Told the proprietor 3 times I needed 60" to fit a lawnmower inside the trailer. He rented me a 5 x 9 trailer. Which has only 52" inside width. Could not use it. No refund! Total waste of time and money!

Van was in bad need of a wheel alignment. Ordered blankets on line and they didnt have them in the van when I arrived. When they looked for them in the back, was told they had already given all their blankets out to other customers. Ordered both a dolly and an appliance dolly, which i had to load in the van by myself.

The app was awful to use the 24/7 pickup. The helpful person we spoke with at UHaul was amazing though.

I dropped off the trailer sunday morning at 10:30 am. Wednesday it still showed that I had it and I continued to be contacted about it. I had went into the location Monday morning to ensure my check in. I was told it was. Tuesday I called. Support said they spoke with district supervisor that it would be handled. It was not. Called Wednesday. Still not taken care of. This location is not a good place for returns. I don't know if they were trying to scam extra money from me or what.

I rented the truck on line. I chose to do the pick up at the business's front desk. When I arrived to get the truck they told me I had to finish the pick up on my phone. Not happy. My phone has terrible service in Rincon, that's why I chose to pick up at the business. When the man at the desk printed out the contract he was like pushing me to just sign it. I wanted to read it first and I'm glad I did because it said any other driver than myself was not covered. I asked them to add my son. That was another nightmare. Instead of just adding him, they did an entirely different rental so my credit card was charged twice. I won't be using 21 Rental again.

Had issue with the app. Although I was standing in front of 21 Rentals, the app said I was not there. Pulled up Google Maps and had to walk just 150 ft over to a field to get it centered and the app recognize my proximity. The app needs to enlarge the radius of the location.

The older gentleman working the counter wasn't very helpful. However, there was a mid-40's gentleman working the trailer parking, and he was OUTSTANDING! I didn't get his name; he was a take charge individual, and he assisted me with backing the trailer, and took the time to give me some tips/advice for better backing techniques. He really needs to be recognized for his customer service skills.
