The lady that worked there was very nice. Only thing is I wish I could've gotten a receipt for turning everything in instead of just drop it here and leave.

JOHN BThe location was already closed. Called the number because the signs said park trailer behind building- but then the signs stopped and there were multiple buildings. The woman that answered phone had no clue. It took me over 30 minutes to finish the process in app to drop off trailer because phone signal was so poor.
GEORGE FI will not rent the 6x12 trailer again. The hydraulic braking system would activate at every bump in the road. When we drove over bridges, the brake would activate at every expansion joint. We drove over the I-10 bridge in Pascagoula MS and it felt like my truck was hitting a hard stop for a fraction of a second. It was so hard hitting, my ABS light come on my dash. I was far from weight capacity and had the cargo evenly distributed.
BRYAN HExcellent customer service at this location. All were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Very nice facility and well maintained. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a truck or trailer rental, or storage unit. The only thing that they could do better would be to box up some of their customer service and send it out to everyone that interacts with the public. It is a delight to deal with them!!
CLIFTON JFill the gas tank full, not releasing a vehicle with 3/8 of a tank. Customers waste a half hour of rental time at the pump twice per rental. I think it reflects a lazy work ethic from the employees at U-Haul.

JENNIFER WAbsolutely loved everything about this location very easy very convenient. It put us at ease being able to pick up from somewhere. That was very helpful. Lots of customer service we were moving items after my husband's grandmother passed and it was already a hard process so we greatly appreciate all the help that we received and I can't remember the ladies name or else I'd call her out by name.

CALVIN CThe women who hooked the trailer up to my truck, never locked it down onto the ball. So the first bump I hit, it came off of the ball and the safety chains are the only reason that my vehicle or someone else on the road didn't get seriously damaged. Luckily it was empty, and I was closely watching the trailer for any potential issues so as soon as it happened, it got taken care of. But still a mistake that should not have been made especially with two people hooking up the trailer.
