I was charged for the 19,99$ twice which was the daily charge( I borrowed the truck for less than 14hrs) and I didn't add any collision damage insurance but I was still charged for it. If there's so many hidden charges I will never rent from this location/provider but go somewhere else.

So disappointed in uhaul. Not the location. The app was slow and I could not upload photos. Also this was not my original location as when i went to pick up truck it was not ready. So had to call and wait in hold 15 mins to be treated shabbily by a disinterested centre operator operator. Was sent to Kennedy location. Every time I called uhaul I got different answers to questions. Very frustrating experience.

Excellent personel and customer service at both the Uhaul location whrere we located an available van last minute and at the satellite location that I picked up the vehicle from. The only issue is that there was dog hair on the passenger seat (my wife had to sit on it) and there was garbage in many of the cup holders. The vehicle itself is nice a new. Merci.

They charged me $30 for U-Haul for gas for going below threshold also for the gas price $26.

Vehicle maintenance of worst and they didn't check anything like warnings on the odometer and the vehicle was not cleaned as well. It stinks.

It was not a good experience, i booked my reservation and did not get a can assigned. There was no headsup and when i transferred to a different location customer service took forever.

My initial U-Haul was booked at another store for 7 and it closed at 8, when arriving at 6:30 the location was already closed and when I switched locations I got double charged for the time slot, pretty disappointed with the service

Need better warning that there is no one at site to help. I didn't arrive with a smartphone so I couldn't do the online checkin.

No one on site, mobile pickup very cumbersome. Equipment I prebooked was not in van. Van was dirty inside.

We had a reservation for 3pm. The worker/agent was not on site. Once said worker was contacted via phone through a mechanic at the shop, he couldn't connect to the network, and so we waited on hold for roughly 15 minutes. The agent/worker refused to answer my question regarding an alternative way of completing the intake process when the network is down. After a second U-Haul contact person joined the call, he stated, "sir, I'm just trying to help you," which insinuates that my frustration with the lack of efficiency was unwarranted and overblown. The service was absolute horseshit. I wouldn't recommended it in hell.

Very hard to park the vehicle when finished as the spots are too short for the vans, and the lot is not very large. In addition, return instructions are unclear - at pickup there is mention not to lock the vans, at drop off it says to lock them. The key return process is also very unclear.

Mobile pickup should be much easier. Adding more pictures at most of the steps would be helpful for first time users.

Initially it was difficult to find out where the vehicle key was kept but speaking with the customer service and local agent finally figured out.

i used the mobile pick-up, a keybox with coded locks would be nice. Just a heads up to whoever going to use the mobile pick-up on this location, if you need assistance call the number on the big u haul sign board. The person i talked with was helpful and polite. I find the parking area tight and hard to manuever. Overall a positive experience.

No directions to pick up and drop off and Center supposed close 5 I went at 4,3 no was there. Filled fuel More then expected not clear meter. First time taking uhal and never going to take again.
