It was convenient for me. Paperwork was done efficiently and professionally.
ROBERT CI rented the trailer at one place went to drop it off there. They sent me to another place then they charge me $114 for one day that's bullshit. I won't be using U-Haul no more.
TERRY BI left a message on the voice mail. I received a phone call back several hours later. She stated she did not see my call. I told her I would be in at 8 am. I was there the next day at 8 am. There was no one in the main office. I called the number on the door, and the owner said the manager overslept. I finally got checked out around 9 am by the owner's son who was struggling with the computer system (but was doing the best he could). I was given keys to a cargo van, that was parked behind another and had to be moved. This put me about 1,5 hrs behind. The son really tried hard to assist.
CARY STruck interior was dirty. On the exterior there were stickers to note damage which is good as a renter but concerned seeing that it said "Claim Settled" and were on very minor scratches. Came across as U-Haul being claim hungry.

Thomas MTrailer appeared to have gone through hell and back. Dirty, corroded, license plate barely visible (almost completely deteriorated). Thank god it made the trip. Upon arrival after 1 400 miles to my destination, cargo was soaking wet. The enclosed trailer was clearly not water proof at all. Also, my first "guaranteed uhual at 9am at A & B Auto repair in Punta Gorda FL" on the day of pick up, to which was 1,5 hours north of the my preferred pick up location, was NOT there! The uhual representative sent me to 4195 Electric Way in Port CHARLOTTE which was additional half hour drive, totaling roughly 4 hour round trip to get back home with uhual. Unacceptable! Worst experience with uhual I've ever had.
Joshua AI was to have a trailer 6 blocks from my house but did not get. I had to drive 30 miles to get one.

AUBREY C3 Guys did a great job. Very helpful in answering my questions and meeting my changing needs. Plenty of inventory of all sizes. U-Haul rental is a bit pricey but turned out to be worth the expense.

ROBERT FChase shouldn't be trusted with hooking up a trailer or relaying information. He hooked the trailer up wrong, and we ended up getting a different trailer than the one we were supposed to get because the back lights weren't working. Chase said he would communicate this, but didn't, resulting in me getting a call from u-haul 2 days after I dropped the trailer off that I never dropped it off. It was very frustrating after moving to have to deal with something as simple yet as stupid as this.

Bryan RThe process had me taking pictures after disconnecting the trailer. Since the trailer is parked close to the building, it was a challenge to get pictures of the back and interior. There was no one one site that assisted.

RUTH LIf the location is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, a phone number should be posted on the door for customers to call. Otherwise, service was very good.
Michael MTrailer drop-off was not clearly indicated. I had to drive around the block, looking for where to leave my trailer.
