Antonio RIt was closed at the time of returning the truck, so its not that the people wasn't helpful, no personnel was at the site. There should be an extra option for "helpful/not helpful" like "no person on site".

mark sHad a bad attitude and was told just park it where you see trailers no help so I just dropped it off then went in to get paperwork and was told that he had no time to do this to do it on my own did not care if I was there or not
RIGOBERTO CThe website shows that the place opens at 8am and it actually opens at 8:30. The man that runs the shop is in no hurry to open and acts like he's doing you a huge favor. He didn't help hook up the equipment or even check the lights on the car hauler or go through it with me, if I had no experience doing this it would've been the worst experience ever.
Mark SBusiness closed early on day before I was to return the 5x8 enclosed trailer.. Business owner advised to drop off after hours and he would check it in the morning.. all went well.. I placed it in line with others and took pictures Thank you 74 line and inspection
RICHARD GThe attendant was in a rush to leave at pickup, so I had to back up to and hook up the trailer myself. The wiring for the lights was haphazardly twisted together and taped with PAINTER'S TAPE. I had to use my own butt connectors and electrical tape to fix the wiring so that I would have lights. I rent from uhaul quite often and will NOT use this location again! Feel free to contact me and refund the money I spent on fixing the wiring.

I would truly like to thank the folks who helped us rent this device which worked perfectly for what we needed it for and I will in the future when required to return to this place of rental and recommend every encounter I have with persons in need of such equipment in the future. DANNY MThis location didn't give us any help. There was no Jack to help lift the trailer onto the truck hitch. The trailer was old and difficult to hook up and we were totally on our own to do it.

Miguel SIf you live in that town that I had to drive to then maybe but was really inconvenient for pick up when the original location was less then a quarter mile from my house that I was moving from then was charged for a extra day and an extra overage of miles I was originally quoted 130 dollars before tax and ended up paying 230 dollars to start then when I dropped the truck off was charged another 17,5 dollars I have to say the whole truck experience was ok except that the suspension on the truck was really bad but I survived its purpose but the on line part of it was to totally dysfunctional.
MARK RTrailer was sitting in mud, the location didn’t hook up the trailer or even offer to help me.

Joe jInsure venture is complying with proper procedures such as a walk through with customer on vehicle bring used. The truck I rented had the transmission slipping and wad all banged up.
