I was very disappointed. They have NO ROOM for the rentals and made us park about half a block away. Then they wouldn't let my driver in the back and made him walk all the way around. They did let me go through back and in again cause I told them as a rule I use a cane and walking around several buildings to cone through the front was unacceptable. I was also not happy cause the one serving me was listening to someone or something on his phone all the while dealing with me.
Leanne TApp is terrible, slow and complicated. Gas is not easy to understand. I paid $43 in total.

But after long wait and calls he made there was one available Not clean, windshield dirty out side mirrors dirty not washed really dirty on outside engine light was on display though out use trip the spanner indicator light was on because these were on could not confirm km. Vehicle did not run very good chip in windshield at my eye sight level not good Very poor service in store not a pleasant person not treated with any respect as an older woman customer Not happy that We had to go to a store like that with the drugee people coming in for their supples Will not be referring you to anyone

Laila MI arrived at 1:10pm for my 1:30pm pickup time. The employees were completely disorganized and did not know how to process my booking. They initially stated that had the truck and needed time to figure out the payment processing. I did not leave until 2:00pm with the tuck, and they after stated that they did not actually have the truck. I'm not sure where the confusion came from but waiting 50 minutes for a reservation I was early for was completely unacceptable.

Dean CUpon booking our rental, we were told we had to call this location when we arrived to drop off. When we called, the person was too stoned to be helpful. Outside of the store there was needles on the ground.
Evan SThe biggest issue was uhaul themselves. From reservations to customer service. Reserved a truck day before. Confirmed rate, confirmed pick up time. Got to the pick up location. They were amazing. Got there at 11:50 and by the time and after multiple phone calls to uhaul was finally able to get the unit and leave by 2:20pm. Still my reservation was for 39& km and two days. Yet after multiple attempts to correct the issue still had to pay for one day use. The customer service thru the uhaul phone number is completely incompetent and are rude. I'll never use this company again. Dropping off the unit was under ten minutes, that was the only positive thing to brag about

Meagan DWe had checked in to pick up this unit through 24/7, followed the instructions on the app. We obtained the screen that said show this to the side counter to pick up keys. We called the store as we were in the back and had already cleaned off the windshield and were told to come in the front. This location is a drug paraphernalia store that sells and displays opening bongs, and drug use equipment. The store is not positive to enter. When we did enter the man behind the counter refused to give us the keys. He checked our ID again and credit card that had already been screened and then wanted us to sign off on paperwork regarding mileage and fuel. This was not comfortable for us as we were not permitted to look and confirm the fuel and mileage ourselves. We wanted to utilize the app to check-in and verify the mileage and fuel. We indicated that we had worked in a dealership before and were familiar with 24/7 check-in and wanted to confirm the information ourselves. The employee called someone and spoke in a non-english language to someone for some time. We do not know what was said. We called the dealership that we had made the reservation with to inquire how we should proceed. That person was helpful and also confused as to why we were not able to get the keys for the truck. WE WILL NOT recommend this location and surprise that U-Haul would utilize this location as a pickup due to the drug promotion.
Rhonda SClearly mark the drop off location at the back of the building and insure staff vehicles are not parked in the way. Educate staff on how to support customers. If we were unable to figure it out on our own staff would not have been able to help. They kept telling us to give them the keys while we argued that we still needed to take pictures inside the truck.

Miranda BIt took the operator 1h30 to checkout the truck. He appeared not to understand the uhall check-in system. He had to call a friend over the phone to checkout the truck, providing my personal information and credit card to a third party over the phone. If not of the fact thatni needed th3 truck for the move. I would have declined the service, especially 5h3 the part where my credit card information was provided to a third party over the phone. Furthermore, I am very unsatisfied with uhall customer service. First my pickup location was changed the night before the pick. When I arrived the new pickup location at 8am my pickup time, the store was closed and only opens at 11am. I had to call customer.er services who then sent me to another pickup location where it took the operator hours to checkout the truck
Dermian ANo location for dealership. Was messy in the back, charged me for furniture pads that I didn't ask for nor did receive. Also tried to charge me for two dollies one of which he didn't have but made the effort to find after I refused to sign for both unless he had the two I requested. Found it under the pile up in his back room.. he just handed over keys, u had to ask him to help spot me as the back was worse then the front for location
Sharee AI went through a ton of stress renting through u-haul. I was with my wife and newborn child and we were planning to move, I booked vacation time from work for this when u-haul phoned the night before (our reservation was 8am the next day) and told us our reserved vehicle wasnt available. This snowballed into our entire travel plans being derailed and almost missing work due to our travel plans being completely destroyed. The only reason we went with u-haul was because there was no other option. But eventually there will be and things need to improve here. I am extremely dissappointed.

LIDUINO CThe operator opened a new rental and charged my credit card a second time and then cancelled the original online order. The vehicle had a hole in the roof at the front that was denied by the operator.
Dale SThe shop opened 25 minutes late, then it took me 20 minutes to get my rental in order and make sure I had at least some of the packing blankets I ordered. I arrived at 9:00am (when the shop was supposed to open) and finally drove off in my UHaul rental at 9:45am. not ideal on a -20°C morning.

William jFirst off, as a new customer to U-Haul the experience was terrible. I did not feel comfortable getting a rental vehicle, providing my credit card and ID in a place where they sell knives, knock off Nike and Adidas gear, weed and bongs. The rental vehicle was filthy, There was a used mask left by the steering wheel, a used Subway drink, pet hair on both chairs. At a time where we have COVID, I would expect the vehicle to be clean and sanitized. On top of that, U-Haul charged me a cleaning fee. I even explained in my comments, that this vehicle was dirty to begin with. No representative called me from U-Haul. I don't believe they read my comments and I really don't think they care about the customer experience. I will never rent from U-Haul or use their services and I will tell my friends and family to never use U-Haul. I do not want to experience what my wife and I experienced.
